Properties are acquired based on specific criteria – and in close cooperation with internal and external partners in the market. Important criteria are e.g. location, type and quality of the specific property, and development possibilities. Prior to completing an acquisition, a thorough technical, commercial, and legal due diligence is perfomed.

We work within more property segments, but are mainly dedicated to office and residential properties.

Focus is on Fund & Asset Management activities with the aim of adding value to the investments.
